He is the Founder & Chief Positive Guru at I-Inspire Foundation, a Non-Profit Organization based in Gujarat. Presently, he is also Head Communication at Yuva Unstoppable, an NGO mentored by Nation leaders’ i.e Dr.Abdul Kalam,  Head - CSR at The SPA Group and Principal Advisor for Sports at Amjad Khan Boxing Foundation to promote Boxing & MMA at International level. He has more than 15 years of experience in leadership position with companies like CREATIVE CHOICE GROUP, CREATIVE INFOCITY LTD, Council For Media, ETECH INC, HINDUSTAN LEVER PVT LTD, Indian Center for Corporate Social Responsibility, CSR Today Magazine.

He has been given “Target 3 Billion” book as an award signed by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, former president of India for empowering youth. He is also received an acknowledgement letter from PM Narendra Modi, and also received award by Shri Manoj Tiwari  (BJP Delhi President) for promoting boxing.

He has motivated, counselled  & empowered thousands of youth with a motive of societal development and became known as Positive Guru.

He is a self-directed highly efficient person and have experience in Life Counselling, Societal Development Service, Corporate Social Responsibility, Education, Medical, New Business Startups, Telecom Operations, International Business, Marketting and Hospitatlity Industry. 

He is a skilled in people management in multinational and private companies as well as in social entrepreneurial startups. He speaks on positive mind-mapping to develop an ability to spread positivity around the world with the power of words and positive actions.  ​

Positive Rishikumar combines his MBA & Bachelors in English Literature and his hands on social entrepreneurial and managerial experience to analyze and solve complex personal & organizational issues across various functions.
